We Love WP has a very distinct design. You would think the browns and reds would clash, but in fact, they create a nice effect. Regarding content, it would be nice if there were a larger view of each listing. The thumbnails don’t provide enough of an experience to encourage a click.

WP Float

WP Float has one of the coolest pagination systems I’ve seen and also offers a nice preview of each listing. Some design elements need some more work (navigation and form spacing).

Top WP Gallery

Top WP Gallery has a clean layout and a good amount of information about each listings. While the site primarily features WordPress themes (as opposed to WordPress sites), it’s another good resource for finding themes.
